Our Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by 4Play Jeep of Lower Keyham Lane, Old Humberstone, Leicester, LE5 1FZ to the customer named on the order form. 

Price Information

All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. Special offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances, we will notify you by email and ask you to confirm by return email that you wish to proceed with your order.

Ordering Goods


To buy products from our online Webstore you will need to enter your vehicle details and register with the site (new customers) or log in to the site (existing customers who have previously registered). You will be prompted to do this when entering the checkout page. To order goods simply click the "buy now" button next to the item of your choice. After making your selections enter the checkout process using the "Go to Checkout" button. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages. During the checkout process you will be prompted to confirm delivery details and enter any special instructions, at this stage you will be advised of the delivery charges for your order. Finally you will be asked for your payment details. At any time you can return to a previous screen to make amendments. After entering your credit/debit card details you will have a final chance to check all the details of your order. Selecting "Place your order" will generate and transmit your order. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us by email (info@4playjeep.co.uk) or telephone 0116 2762835 4Play Jeep will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied during the registration process, however this will not bring into existence a legally binding agreement between us. All orders received through our Webstore are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 5. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. A contract will only exist between you and 4Play Jeep for the sale of products by us to you when your credit/debit card has been charged. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you. Details of your order will be retained by 4Play Jeep in our database and can be retrieved through our Webstore by clicking on the "My Account" button.


While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet most orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered we might arrange for the goods to be despatched direct from the manufacturers. If the goods are not expected to be available for delivery within 30 days we will contact you to advise an anticipated delivery date.


We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account only when stock is available. Payment for the whole value of the goods your ordered must be debited before goods will be despatched. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise payment we will endeavour to contact you by either telephone or email to verify certain details however this may result in a delay or non-delivery of your order until contact has been made.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit and charge cards, 4Play Jeep will validate the names and addresses supplied during the order process. We may need to contact you by email, telephone or letter to verify details before are able to dispatch your order.

Delivery of Goods

We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and the Channels Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and a slightly longer delivery lead time. This charge will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work. Your order will be delivered by a national parcel carrier and can arrive between 8.00am and 6.00pm. A signature will be required for all goods. In order to assist us with claims for damage or shortages please inspect your parcel(s) carefully before the driver leaves and note on the carrier paperwork if there are any signs of damage or shortages.
If you are out when the parcel carrier arrives the driver will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
For delivery of goods outside the United Kingdom please email us with your details and we will contact via email within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges and Times

All products available online are subject to a separate carriage charge in addition to the prices shown on the vehicle price lists. The carriage charge depends on the size and weight of the products ordered.
All carriage charges are clearly shown throughout the checkout process.
From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver you goods to you within 5 working days providing the goods are in stock. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.

Unwanted Goods

If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including its original packaging) and despatch note within 7 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. This does not apply to goods specially ordered such as personalised wheel covers and colour coded items. To arrange the return of any goods please contact our customer services via the "My Account" button and request an RMA (return materials authorisation) number or call us on 0116 2762835. Once an RMA number has been issued arrange to the goods returned to us. We will refund your payment within thirty days from the date of cancellation.
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

Defective Goods

If you purchase a product from us that is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price. To arrange the return of the defective goods please contact our customer services via the "My Account" button and request an RMA (return materials authorisation) number or call us on 0116 2762835. Once an RMA number has been issued our parcel carrier will arrange to collect the goods from you. Upon receipt of the product we will examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to despatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days. Products are supplied with manufacturers standard warranties, details of which are available on request. Mis-use or the incorrect fitting of parts by customers will render such warranty/guarantee null and void.

Design and Reproduction

Drawings, photographs, part numbers, layout and style are considered property. Reproduction in whole, or in part, is strictly prohibited without written consent. Measurements are approximate, Exact products may vary from that shown. All products are subject to availability. Trademarks Acknowledged. 
4Play Jeep has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website and therefore shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by negligence of 4Play Jeep.

Law Applicable

These conditions and all contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
